Building Testosterone and Hair through Exercise
There are a number of different things that are of concern to men, one of which is sexual dysfunction but coming in a close second is to hair loss. If you have questions about hair loss, you might be interested in knowing that it is not always necessary for you to follow in the genetic footsteps that you have been given. In some cases, you may be able to reduce the amount of hair that you are losing by building the amount of testosterone that is in your body. In other cases, too much testosterone can lead to additional hair loss.
The first thing that you need to understand is the fact that testosterone itself is not responsible for the hair loss that you are experiencing. Many men are susceptible to hair loss as a result of genetic issues and with certain hormones available in the body, testosterone is going to be converted into DHT. It is the excessive DHT in the body which is actually behind the hair loss that you are experiencing, not the testosterone. This brings up the question, however, is too much testosterone going to produce hair loss?
The simple fact of the matter is, you need testosterone in order to be manly. It is the top hormone, or one of the most important hormones in the male body whenever it comes to proper male health. The amounts and levels of testosterone in the body can generally be built up through the use of exercise and proper diet. It is a good idea for you to be doing both of these things regularly, not only for the effect of the testosterone on the male body but because of all the other benefits that go along with it as well.
The real key is to make sure that you are as balanced as possible whenever you are considering these things. Having too much testosterone in the body is not necessarily going to be the issue, it is having the other chemicals as an imbalance and the conversion into DHT which is going to cause the issue. If you are concerned about the effect of testosterone on hair loss, you might want to consider switching to aerobic exercise as this can help you to stay in shape while reducing the amount of testosterone that you are building up in the body. It’s not necessarily the best option but it is an option that can help you to reduce the effect of hair loss that you are experiencing.
